In permits plus, found permits for garage addition. No plans on file, will check plans at DSD on 3/19/10. TDOT map shows an addition on eastside of proerty without permits. At site, spoke to owner, said that structure is a ramada. Structure is larger that 120 square feet and is to close to property line. F/U 45 days. |
