Work without permits is present including attached porches on north, west, and south sides of main structure, carport on northwest corner/side, attached terrace over 200 sq ft with electrical in rear yard, and unattached accessory structure over 200 sq ft with electrical in southwest corner of rear yard which does not meet setbacks (built after 2002); porches on west side additionally may not meet setbacks from property line. All structures listed were built after 2005 with the exception of the unattached structure (2002); all structures were built without required building permits and zoning approvals. Additionally, the attached enclosed room at the northeast corner of structure effectively closes the carport. NOV will be prepared to owner. LRP |
