At site, met with police officers, Morken, De La Ossa and Smith. Spoke to tenants in unit 1147 E. Fairmount. They have no electric or gas utilities. Gas stove and furnance. Tenants said they were in the process of moving ans that they were using electric from unit 1143 E. Fairmount. Spoke to tenant in 1143 E. Fairmount, had him remove the the M.C. electrical cable from junction box. Posted notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate on door of 1147 E. Fairmount. Also gave a copy of the notice to manager, Explained to manager and tenants that unit 1147 must be vacant by sundown to sunrise. F/U 3/5/10. |
