Attached addition on west side of house was added after 2008 without required permits; workmanship does not appear to be in accordance with IRC standards. Original pool in rear yard has been backfilled without a permit; inspections needed to ensure proper draining and appropriate backfill used; may be unsafe. HVAC system on roof is newly added and does not have required permits; venting material used specifically needs to be approved. Other additional rear accessory structure is under 120' and has been on lot since 1998. Accumulation of vegetation over 6" in front yard area. Accumulation of refuse in alley. Block rear wall is damaged, but not to 50% (no vio). 30-day NOV will be prepared to owner. LRP |
