House is vacant and unsecured. All items have been removed with some small items left inside the house. Met with neighbor and she took me to house where the wife moved to. Home is in foreclosure and she moved out on 02/04/10. Inspector was able to lock doors and windows from the inside. Property has a pool and fence barrier has ben removed and stacked against the masonary wall. Locked doors on garage, but not able to secure garage door. Garage door was pushed off the track and falling down. Will meet with supervision to get door secured and clothes picked up. Able to put locks on gates to secure pool from entry. Left card on door where neighbor took me for owner to call. |
