I INSPECTED THE PROPERTY AND FOUND A SMALL AMOUNT OF LIQUID WHICH HAD BEEN DUMPED ON THE GROUND AND RAN INTO THE STREET. I SPOKE WITH THE RESIDENT AND FOUND HE HAD RINSED OUT PAINT BRUSHES IN WATER AND DUMPED IT ON THE GROUND WHERE IT RAN UNDER A PARKED RV INTO THE STREET. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THE WATER MUST NOT LEAVE THE PROPERTY. NO OTHER VIOLATIONS WERE NOTED. CLOSE CASE. |
