06/01/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received call from Mr. Wilson to inspect property. Took photos of the addition to unit #6. Unit is being used for storage, but has complete plumbing system and electrical system. A complete bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. I couldn't see an opening to unit #6 so this was going to be another rental unit.
Took photos of unit #8, a 10 X 12 shed. The shed has a complete bathroom, shower, toilet and sink. A kitchen sink and cabinets, refrigerator tile floor, electric water heater and gas hook up. This unit is now being used for storage. Some items being stored are the washers and dryer removed from the laundry area. Took photos of this shed / unit #8.
