At site, spoke to tenant. Water leak in bedroom ceiling. Hole is approxitmately 6 inches in diameter. Water heater has broken sight glass. Water heater was yellow tagged by southwest gas. Last dwelling unit has a new HVAC unit on roof. Called owners and left message to return call. |
