At site, spoke to tenant, told her that TPD told me thatthere are people living in RV in back side of property. RV has electrical extension cord plugged into exsiting dwelling unit. Gave tenant a notice to vacate order. Posted on RV, to be removed in 10 days. F/U on 2/14/10. ALSO, accumulation of refuse on property again. Explained the issues of refuse, RV and re-inspection fees to tenant and owner. F/U 30 days. |
