I spoke with the owner of 831 E 24th St who initialized the complaint. His concern was that the business at 1301 S Tyndall did not do grading and paving properly however all construction was done under permit and all inspections were performed and approved.
The complainant will have to take up any further concerns with PDSD. Case closed.
