Met with tenant and looked at areas she wanterd addressed. Kitchen sink not working at this time. Checked bathroom sink, OK. Heater in bedroom was changed, and smaller thatn the exsisting frame. Put installation where gapp is. Front exterior some work done to prevent damage to walkway. Met with manager. They are charging tenant for clean up. Manager stated the tenhant left the water on and the sink over flowed. Will check to make sure dishwasher completes a cycle. |
