OWNER USED NON-FENCING MATERIAL AND ALSO GREEN TARP AS PART OF HIS FENCING. REFUSE STORED IN THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY ALONG WITH CAR, AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. WASHING MACHINE LOCATED OUTSIDE AND CONNECTED TO AN EXTERIOR OUTLET MISSING THE WEATHER PROTECTIVE COVER... DRYER MAY ALSO BE HOOKED UP BUT CAN NOT VERIFY DUE TO THE ANGLE AND LOCATION OF THE DRYER. BACK YARD AND DRIED BRUSH AND SOME REFUSE IN THE BACK YARD AREA. DISCUSSED COMPLAINT W/OWNER AND WALKED SITE ALSO MADE HIM AWARE OF THE CITY ORD RE:$75.00 FEE IF NOT ABATED.
