Visited property and was unable to enter due to a locked gated. I was able to see the west and north yards of the property in question via the yard of the house to the west. I witnessed an exceedingly large amount of trash, debris, garbage, weeds, overgrown vegetation and multiple inoperable vehicles. There was a dog in the yard however I could not smell any offensive odors eminating from the property. Due to the excessive amount of refuse and debris, which may be the source of the alleged odor, I will NOV the owner. |
