THERE ARE GROUNDED OUTLETS IN A TWO WIRE SYSTEM.

WE CONDUCTED A BASIC LOAD CALCULATION AND A SURVEY OF ALL APPLIANCES AND SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS AN OLD 30 AMP FUSE TYPE SYSTEM

SURVEY OF APPLIANCES IN THE UNIT WERE AS FOLLOWS:
(1) ONE PORTABLE ELECTRICAL SPACE HEATERS
(2) TWO A/C WINDOW MOUNT UNITS
(3) ONE COOLER
(4) ONE MICROWAVE

THE EXISTING ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DOES MEET THE CURRENT LOAD DEMANDS OF ALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES. WILL HAVE CALCULATION REVIEWED BY DSD ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR. THE TENANT WAS ASKED NOT TO USE THE SPACE HEATERS.

GAS WATER HEATER HAS NO COLD WATER SHUT OFF, HAS PVC BEING USED FOR AS A DISCHARGE PIPE. INSTALL WAS DONE WITHOUT A PERMIT.

THE DWELLING ORIGINAL HEAT SYSTEM WAS REMOVED.
