A newly added water discharge pipe is located in NW corner of property, with discharge flowing onto sidewalk and neighboring property. Gray water discharge must be in compliance w/ ADEQ mandates. 6' 0" front fencing and walls newly constructed since 2008 lack a compliance review. Rear porches added and enclosed w/out permits (expired permit T05CM05686 on file for 2 portions built prior to 2008, center portion enclosed recently). Refuse in front sidewalk area (discarded furniture). NOV will be prepared to owner. LRP |
