Research shows previous permit T08CM02201 for accessory structure was finaled in 2009 as a garage/worshop/storage unit w/bathroom. A DDO was previously denied for conversion into a living space. Accessory structure is being advertised online as guest quarters, but not as a separate address from the main house. No violation due to vacancy. LRP |
