VISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGER WHO WAS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT HAD ALREADY ADDRESSED AND ABATED THE PROBLEM.WALKED TO UNITS WITH THE MANAGER, WHO ALLOWED ENTRY INTO #12, MENTIONED THIS UNIT WAS VACANT AND IS, AND MENTIONED CORDS WERE RUNNING FROM #12 TO #13. TWELVE WAS BEING READY TO REOCCUPY, 13 A NEW TENANT HAD JUST MOVED IN. (TENANT NOT HOME) NEW TENANT HAD RUN AN EXTENSION CORD FROM #12 TO HIS UNIT #13, MANAGER REQUESTED HE REMOVE THE CORD. NO VIOLATION AT THE TIME OF MY INSPECTION. CLOSE CASE. |
