VISITED SITE, FOUND 8' X 8' WOODEN SHED CONSTRUCTED IN THE REAR YARD. SHED DOES NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT, HOWEVER HAS BEEN BUILT TOO CLOSE TO THE EAST WALL AND IS IN VIOLATION OF SET BACKS. CANTACTED OWNER JENNIFER DONOFRIO, INFORMED HER OF THE COMPLAINT, EXPLAINED SHE WAS IN VIOLATION OF SET BACKS, BUT THAT PERMITS WERE NOT REQUIRED, EXPLAINED SHE WOULD BE ISSUED A NOV TO MOVE SHED TO MEET SETBACKS. |
