THERE ARE APPLIANCES IN THE UNIT SUCH AS A COFFEE POT, MICROWAVE, PORTABLE ELECTRIC HEATER AND A WASHING MACHINE THAT DRAW A LOT OF WATTS. I DID FINE GROUNDED ADAPTER OUTLETS CONNECTED ON TOP OF THE NON GROUNDED OUTLETS. THE HOME APPEARS TO BE A TWO WIRE SYSTEM.
THE STOVE, WATER HEATER AND FURNACE ARE GAS OPERATED.
THERE IS AN EVAPORATED COOLER ON THE ROOF.

UNIT ( C ) WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL CONDITIONS, 30 AMP FUSE TYPE DISCONNECT HAS BROKEN INTERNAL COMPONENTS THAT WONT ALLOW THE EXTERIOR HANDLE TO DISCONNECT THE POWER TO THE DWELLING. ONE OF THE KNIFE BLADE WILL NOT DISENGAGE AND IS CAUSING AN ARC IN THE DISCONNECT. ONCE THE HANDLE IS MOVE TO THE OFF POSITION AND RAISED TO THE ON POSITION NEITHER LEG ( KNIFE BLADE) MOVE. THERE IS NO MEANS TO DISCONNECT POWER FROM THE DWELLING. TEP WAS CALLED TO PULL THE METER.

AN ORDER TO VACATE WAS ISSUED AND SIGNED BY THE TENANT
AN NOTICE OF VIOLATION FOR PERMIT REQUIRED WAS ISSUED AND SIGNED BY THE MANAGER

REQUIRING A PERMIT FOR THE LACK OF ENCLOSURES TO BOTH WATER HEATERS. THE VENT SYSTEM IN NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED THE LACK OF PITCH AND THE WOOD TO VENT CONTACT.
