Inspection showed several vehicles in rear yard of property: 11+. Two are visibly damaged and others have been stored in same place since 2008 orthophotos. Vehicles will need to be removed or fully screened 360 degrees. Refuse present in rear yard in the form of scattered bicycle and other parts and some vegetative debris. Structure in rear yard was built after 2006, is over 120 sq ft in area, 12 ft + in height, and does not meet setbacks from property line to south; also does not appear to be constructed under regulated building code practices.
