Inspection showed several windows on exterior either missing entire panel or broken and cracked. These surfaces are not providing adequate weather protection from the elements. Fence surrounding property is not broken, but bamboo covering meant for screening is dilapidated and falling down. Rear yard also has greenwaste debris. NOV will be prepared to owner. LRP |
