THE PROPERTY AT 724 NORTH 10TH AVENUE WAS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF TUCSON AS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WHICH UNDER THE LAND USE CODE IS DEFINED AS A RESIDENTIAL USE GROUP, FAMILY DWELLING LAND USE. THE PRINCIPAL USE IS RESIDENTIAL ON A NON TRANSIENT BASIS. NO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED DUE TO THE USE BEING RESIDENTIAL. NO VIOLATION CLOSE CASE |
