Property needs to be completely screened as specifically outlined in the NOV. Refuse (scattered and accumulated car parts and scraps) are in rear yard. Vegetation is ok at this point. Storage of items in rear yard remains in violation due to incorrect screening of front fencing from street. Citation.
05/25/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Some more vehicles have been removed, but the front is still screened with shade cloth and not an accepted form of opaque fencing. In this manner, storage on property that remains is also not properly screened from street. Vegetation and debris is now present on property. Revised NOV will be issued and an addition fee assessed.

02/16/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspection showed some vehicles have been removed (RV, orange vehicle). Fence is not screened and clearly shows remaining JMVs. No permits on file for accessory structure. Fee letter will be sent; extension grated to 3/22/10. LRP
