Inspection did not show an "accumulation" of refuse or storage. Small amount of storage is present in rear yard, some scattered; fencing facing street is screened with slats. There is three ice cream trucks in front and side yards to include three vans and one small truck. No JMVs are present. Discussion with tenant on a previous enforcement indicated he was an ice cream truck vendor and managed others driving trucks. Tenant will need a home occupation license with zoning approval as well as to limit associated business vehicles at the location to one truck or van per home occupation rules in the land use code sec. 3.5.7.2 (L). 30-day NOV will be prepared to owner and tenant.
