I met with the homeowner and tried to help him come up with ideas to get this permit completed and closed out as it’s been open for 10 years. The idea is the addition that has been previously approved is being changed to a kitchen. I asked him to revise the drawings reflecting that it is a kitchen so everything will be up to code, then complete the work and get the kitchen inspected and approved, finally demo the previous kitchen so we can close out the permit. |
