Need as bults for the front hood system lots of changes have been made like the following: plans show two salamanders 30 inches long - but what is on site is one 14 x 45 inch, plans shows 4 burner range but on site is a 8 burner range with back shelf added to the wall, plans show 3 stock pots - on site 2 fryers 18 x 24 and a pressure cooker 18 inch. 3. Correct coverage over 8 burner stove with shelf add over range nozzles are at 41 inched above, according to book should be set at 24 - 35 inches. 4. Need to check coverage for salamander size is 14 x 45 inches below the requirement for square inches but again according to the book the longest size is 36 inches therefore over 9 inches. Need to add another nozzle to the salamander, but watch out you will be over your points for the bottle. Under permit number T10BU00954 |
