Held pre-con with Chestnut construction, Mike Polivchak is project super, 275-0423. Discussed grading schedule and water harvest requirements as well as SWPPP requirements and inspections. Will begin to install SWPPP controls tomorrow. They asked if they can stockpile dirt outside of the grading limits and property line. I told them that they would need to obtain a construction easement from the property owner and restore and stabilize the area when complete. |
