10/07/2010 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Continued SPOKE W/ SUPERINTENDENT, DEMO WORK BEING DONE. CONTRACTOR IS OVER-EXCAVATING AND OLD LANDFILL AND REPLACING WITH CLEAN FILL.
CORRECTION REQUIRED:

1) INSTALL SEDIMENT CONTROLS PROPERLY - SILT SOCK MUST BE OVERLAPPED AND BE STAKED DOWN. SILT FENCE MUST BE TRENCHED IN AT THE BOTTOM.
2) ENSURE SEDIMENT CONTROLS ARE MAINTAINED THOUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION.
3) ENSURE STORM WATER SELF INSPECTIONS ARE PERFORMED AND DOCUMENTED.
4) SWEEP UP TRACKING OFF PUBLIC ROADWAY ON A ROUTINE BASIS.
