02/28/2011 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Continued Paving began for parking lot, checked PAAL width and sidewalk width.
02/22/2011 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Continued Checked parking area LS islands and PAAL width prior to paving also checked grades for GB.
02/16/2011 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Correction Required Dirt was being removed from Costco site and dumped on Bridges site outside of SWPPP controls and approved grading limits, Asked contractor to stop the dirt haul until SWPPP controls and a revised plan are in place.
01/14/2011 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Partial Approval Storm CB's poured without rebar per approved plans. Contractor has installed pipe along northside of parking lot and has three more CB's excavated and ready to form.
01/12/2011 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Partial Approval Contractor has 3 Cb formed and ready for conc. no rebar present in CB looked for an approved plan onsite but was unable to locate one. Returned to office and found our approved plan set and the detail for CB on site does not have rebar, so approved to pour CB's as is in field.
12/29/2010 GRADING - INTERMEDIATE Continued Met with pipe contractor and discussed installation of pipe. Need to bed pipe on sides and bottom at D/2. 6" min over the top of pipe.
They will begin installing pipe on 12/30.
