Good Morning Mr. Rivera,

Twice in one week, sorry. I got a complaint for grading without permits from Dave on Monday. I drove out and couldn't find anything. I left a message for the complainant and he returned my call yesterday.

It turns out he isn't concerned about grading without permits. What he is concerned about is what zoning restrictions will be placed on the homeowner before he/she builds. The contact information is Saad Elias Zara. Mr. Zara's address is 10500 E. Escalante Rd and his phone number is 546-6093.

His concern is the height of the new residence, when it gets built at 10540 E. Escalante Rd. Mr. Zara is concerned about the fact that the parcel is a couple of feet higher than his property and a "tall" home would block his view.

Would you please call Mr. Zara and advise him of any zoning height restrictions.
