Occupant loads of over 49 people require a minimum of 2 exits (occupant load is 80) 3.) Need illuminated exit signs for both required exits.Lights must be illuminated at all times. 4.) Need emergency back-up lighting for both exits. 5.) The security doors must open in the same direction of egress travel. 6.) Need a breaker blank in the electrical panel. 7.) Cover opening in the wall. (center room) 8.) The smoke detector in back room needs a battery. 9.) Missing cover plate.(back room) 10.) Portable fire extinghuishers must be inspected and serviced annually.(non-required fire exinghuishers can be removed from service) 11.) Remove keyed lock from 2nd. exit door. Replace with thumb-turn lock. 12.) Need directional signs directing to secondary exit. 13.) Need approved, updated floor plans. |
