1.) Need address numbers for the building. Must be 12 inches high minimum. Must face the street fronting the building.
2.) Secure the compressed gas cylinder.
3.) "HOT WORKS" area must be clear of any combustible material when in operation or must provide welding shield.
4.) Need to place "NO SMOKING " signs in the shop area and where HOT WORKS is performed.
5.) Need portable fire extinguishers in the workshop area and HOT WORKS area.
6.) Secure any open wiring ( i.e. ballast light, missing cover plates)
7.) Provide a door handle for the door in the "shop" area.
8.) Portable fire extinghuishers need annual servicing, to be mounted and labled.
9.) Need an "Exit" sign over the door leading into the shop area.
10.) Need breaker blanks in both electrical panels.
11.) Need a permit for the AST (Above ground Storage Tank)
12.) Provide a sign indicating "FLAMMABLE" area.
13.) Need a sign over the door in the "WAITNG" area that reads " DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPUIED".
