Emergency back-up lights located in the front entry area must be hardwired to the building. 4.) NW (wooden) exit door is too hard to open. 5.) All exit doors must be free and clear of any obstructions at all times. (i.e. tables and chairs) 6.) Replace all missing cover plates. 7.) Must provide panic hardware for the two glass exterior doors leading into the patio area. 8.) Smoke detectors must be in working order. 9.) The gate for the enclosed area outside the kitchen must be readily openable without the use of a key. 10.) Compresed gas cylinders must be secured from tipping over. 11.) Hood system is past due for the semi-annual inspection. 12.) Appliance lina-up under the hood has been changed . Must consult with a fire protection provider to get hood system back to fire code compliance. 13.) Provide a "NOT AN EXIT" sign on the kitchen door leading into the office area. 14.) Doors are to have only one door knob. 15.) Gas meter must be protected from possible vehical damage with either ballards or concreate curb. |
