All exits must be maintained free and clear from abstructions at all times. a.) table, front door b.) large fan in front of access door to rear exit. 3.) Extension cords are for temporary use only and not to be a substitute for permanent wiring. Cords are not go through walls, ceilings, under doors or under floor coverings. There is multiple extension cord mis-use in the main floor area. Ceiling, floor and appliances. (video game, ice machine etc.) 4.) Only approved adaptors are allowed to be used. 5.) Storage of combustible material must not be allowed two accumulate thus creating fire and safety hazrds. 6.) Compressed gas cylinders must be secured. 7.) Need a cover plate for open wiring next to rear access doorway. 8.) Repair ceiling tile in #1 storage room. 9.) Need covering for the ballast light located in rear storage room. 10.) Cover plate storage room # 2. 11.) Secure open wiring on flood lights locted next to rear exit. 12.) Repair ceiling cover over discharge pathway from rear exit. Safety issue, possible falling object hazard. |
