Shed still on property someone added sheet rock inside shed do not know if it's fire rated was done without a permit. Advise real estate agent will need to have site plan approved showing shed on property. |

According to site plan northside of building shows 12' X 35' loading zone a 10' X 14' shed is now in the loading zone area within 2' 5" from property line. Need fire rated wall? Need site plan changed showing shed by property line or remove shed off of property. |
