1.) Need address numbers for main building. Must be readily visible from street. Must be a minimum of 12 inches high. Must contrast with background.
2.) Exit sign located in vestibule area between suites #101 and #143 must be relocated from door leading into 101, to the door leading to outside area.
3.) Door to ADA bathroom is hard to open. Does not open freely.
4.) The door designated to be the 2nd. required exit door for suite # 157 must swing open in the direction of egress travel.
5.) Need an illuminated exit sign over 2nd required exit door.
6.) Need illuminated directional exit signn directing to 2nd. exit.
7.) The gate for the eclosed area receiving the exit discharge from suite 157 shall be kept locked in the oprn position at all times when the building is occupied.
8.) Need a sign over/ on gate reading,"GATE MUST REMAIN LOCKED IN THE OPEN POSITION WHEN BUILDONG IS OCCUPIED"
9.) You shall not park delivery truck in yard when building is occupied. This obstructs the exit didcharge.
10.) Must provide an unobstructed exiting path to the exit at all times. 36 inch wide minimum.
11.) Portable fire extinguishers must be labled and mounted. Extinguishers must be serviced annually.
12.) Extension cords are to be for temporary use ony, not as substitutes for permanent wiring.
