Insufficient frontage to allow the proposed sign area if using only Valencia Road. There is another street, Commerce Court, to the west. The building is partially visibile from Commerce Court, despite another building being located between Commerce Court and this client's building. Standing from Commerce Court, take photos and dimension the area along Commerce Court where the client's building/suite is visible and use this for the client's "street frontage" along Commerce Court to allow the proposed sign area. |
