Provide an Emergency Back-Up light for middle Exit door west wall. 12.) Exit door south wall must be readily openable and accessable . 13.) Provide an Illuminated Exie sign over same door (item 12) 14.) Provide Exit Discharge capability for same door (item 12) 15.) Fire sprinkler annual inspection is past due. Provide updated inspection report. 16. ) 5 yr. check valve for sprinkler system is past due . Provide updated inspection report. |
