Extension cords are for temporary use only. 3.) Replace or repair ceiling tiles. 4.) Exit access must be kept free and clear of obstructions. 5.) Lable SE door on the exterior side of door, "DOOR BLOCKED" min. 4-6 inches. 6.) Remove all hardware from SE door. 7.) Secure junction box. Pizza area. 8.) Need illuminated exit signs over required exits. Main exit and over secondary exit. 9.) Provide thumb-turn lock for SW exit door. 10.) Remove keyed locks on all exterior doors. Except main exit door. 11.) Remove slide bolt locks from exterior door in storage room area. 12.) Provide a"NOT AN EXIT" sign to the metal door, north end, patio area. 13.) Doors and gates leading to a public way from the patio area must be openable without the use of a key special knowledge or special effort. 14.) Cover plates for juction boxes in the beverage cooler. 15.) Storage of combustible under stairways is prohibited. BASEMENT 16.) Provide thumb-turn lock for exterior door in basement(west side) 17.) Permamnent wiring is to be installed according to electrical code. Secure all open wiring. 18.) Walls of storage room in basement area need to be extended to comply with sprinkler coverage. 19.) Provide breaker blanks for electrical panel in basement and upstairs panel. 20. Provide approved plans for addition of storage loft. 21.Re-enforce door to basement opening. |
