1.) Need a sign over the front door that reads, "DOOR TO REMAINE UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED".
2.) Remove all storage material from uder the stairway.
3.) Extension cords to be for temporary use only.
4.) Need an approved "parts cleaner". Must have a self-closing lid with a temp. rated link.
5.Remove the keyed-locking devices from the exterior doors located in the shop area and replace wth thumb-turn locks.
6.) Provide a approved self-closing metal container for the oily rags. Container shall be emptied regurlarly.
7.) All emergency back-up lights shall be un working order.
8.) Need "NO SMOKING" signs throughout the shop area.
9.) Control the accumulation of storage around all exits and throughout building.
10.) Area around all "HOT WORK" (i.e. welding and cutting) shall be protected from sparks. Protection by distance or by shielding. Hot work shall not be done around flammable/commbustible material.
11.) Prtable fire extinguisher shall be readily available when doing Hot Work.

12.) Permits are required for the AST's ( above-ground storage tanks) that are located in the shop area.
13.) You shall comply with all tank use requirements as directed by the "Tank" inspector.
14.) Areas where flammable and comustible materials are stored shall be labled as such.
15.) Cover plate south office 2nd. floor.
16.) Provide a thumb-turn lock on the interior side of the door leading out to the shop area.
17.) Propane heaters are not approved for use inside of buildings.
18.) Need to provide Fire Department access into the property. ( key, Knox-Box. Fire Dept. lock )
Building # 2
1.) Replace all electrical cover plates.
2.) Need a BLANK for the electrical panel located in the restroom area.
3.) Lable the door leading to the electrical panel "ELECTRICAL'
4.) Need clearance and working space around all electrical panels. At least 36 in.
5.) Need a BLANK for panel by the stairway.
6.) Cocer plate in the office 2nd floor.
7.) E#xterior door in nthe shop area shall be readily openable.
