3. Exit doors behind altar do not meet the code. Westside needs steps and landing outside door. Alter built up 9" in front of door need to have a clear floor level path to exit from sanctuary for people to exit safely. Eastside door need to remove slide bolt lock.
4. In kitchen need a commercial stove and extinguisher system installed or remove stoves.
5. Extension cords can not be use as permanent wiring (offices and choir loft).
6. Repair exit sign over double doors in sanctuary.
7. Install battery back up lighting in Sanctuary, lobby and Social area.
