TFC 3404.4.3 - STORAGE AREAS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH SECONDARY CONTAINMENT.

TFC 3404.4.2 - OUTDOOR STARAGE MUST BE KEPT 50 FEET FROM LOT LINES AND 10 FT FROM A PUBLIC WAY.

YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO REMOVE THE 55 GAL DRUM OF ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL FROM THE INSIDE OF YOUR BUILDING. iT CURRENTLY DOES NOT MEET THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS OF AN H2 OCCUPANCY. ANY VOLUME OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS STORED INSIDE IN A QUANTITY GREATER THAN 30 GALLONS OF CLASS 1A FLAMMABLE WILL CAUSE Y;OU TO EXCEED YOUR MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE QUANTITIES.
FURTHER ANY STORAGE AREA OUTDOORS MUST BE PROVIDED WITH SECONDARY CONTAINMENT AND BE KEPT 50 FEET FROM LOT LINES AND 10 FEET FROM A PUBLIC WAY.

THE DRUM WILL BE MOVED OUT OF THE BUILDING BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS TOMORROW 12/23/09. THE INSPECTOR ASSIGNED TO YOUR AREA WILL CONTACT YOU FOR FOLLOW REGARDING YOUR PROCESSES AND OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
