On 12/18/09, Received a complaint from E22A via Capt. Jones regarding burning of waste materials at a mobile home park. M26 and M28 responded, met with site rep. Mr. Gong, who stated that he thought he was in compliance with local open burning codes. I explained he was not in compliance due to the nature of his fuel ( construction debris). He ceased burning immediately and will not burn at the site. Will follow up to ensure compliance. |
