Broadway Bl Tucson, AZ. 85710 Dear Mr & Mrs. Strom The Tucson Fire Department has conducted a fire safety inspection at the above stated business on November 24, 2009. Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). A Re-inspection will be performed on or about December 15, 2009 Notice of Violations: _____ 605.6 Unapproved conditions. Open junction boxes and open-wiring splices shall be prohibited. Approved covers shall be provided for all switch and electrical outlet boxes. Required Actions: Replace the missing electrical cover plates in the "pitching" room.
