| 10/13/2009 | INSP - FULL | Correction Required | FIRE INSPECTION REPORT A/P/D: T09fFR3252 October 13, 2009 Wingstop ATTN: Lee Bussey 7940 E Broadway Bl Tucson, AZ. 85710 Dear Mr. Bussey The Tucson Fire Department has conducted a fire safety inspection at the above stated business on October 13, 2009. Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). A Re-inspection will be performed on or about October 27, 2009 Notice of Violations: 1. _____ 1006.1 Illumination required. The means of egress, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied. - Required Correction: All exits signs shall be illuminated 2._____ 1006.3 Illumination emergency power. The power supply for means of egress illumination shall normally be provided by the premise's electrical supply. In the event of power supply failure, back-up power shall be supplied. - Required Correction: All emergency back-up lighting shall operate 3. _____ 703.1 Maintenance. The required fire-resistance rating of fire-resistance-rated construction (including walls, fire stops, shaft enclosures, partitions and floors) shall be maintained. Such elements shall be properly repaired, restored or replaced when damaged, altered, breached or penetrated. - Required Correction: Replace all missing ceiling tiles 4._____ 3003.5 Security. Compressed gas containers, cylinders, tanks and systems shall be secured against accidental dislodgment and against access by unauthorized personnel in accordance with Sections 3003.3.1 through 3003.3.3. - Requires Action: all compressed gas cylinders shall be secured in kitchen 5._____ 605.3 Working space and clearance. A working space of not less than 30 inches (762 mm) in width, 36 inches (914 mm) in depth and 78 inches (1981 mm) in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment. Where the electrical service equipment is wider than 30 inches (762 mm), the working space shall not be less than the width of the equipment. No storage of any materials shall be located within the designated working space. - Required Action: Remove items that are blocking the electrical panel 6._____ 904.11.6.3 Cleaning. Hoods, grease-removal devices, fans, ducts and other appurtenances shall be cleaned at intervals necessary to prevent the accumulation of grease. Cleanings shall be recorded, and records shall state the extent, time and date of cleaning. Such records shall be maintained on the premises. - Required Action: Replace filters in the hood after cleaning. All filters shall be in place when you cook.
