Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall be inspected, tested and maintained or removed. _____1. Service and tag the CLASS K portable fire extinguisher located in the kitchen. _____2. Service the kitchen hood extinguishing system or upgrade to the UL 300 extinguishing system. _____3.
