Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). 1.__Problem: There is a missing escussion plate in the bathroom. Problem: IFC 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. CORRECTION: You will replace the escussion plate that is missing around your sprinkler head in the rest room. 2.__Problem: Your sprinkler system is overdue for its annyual inspection. Problem: IFC 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. CORRECTION: You will have your sprinkler system inspected by a qualified individual or company and provide the fire inspector with a paper that gives the results of that inspection. Copies are to be maintained on site as well. 3.__Problem: There is no address on the building. TFC 505.1 Address numbers. New and existing buildings shall have approved address numbers, building numbers or approved building identification placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. CORRECTION: You will have your address posted pursuiant with the Pima County Addressing Requirements. The Tucson Fire Department is committed to the protection of your property and your life safety.
