EXPLANATION WHY CONFORMANCE WITH THE ABOVE REQUIREMENT PRESENTS AN UNUSUAL PROBLEM: The area directly in front of the southwest ballroom exit shall be used for display of goods for sale. This display will block exit. Hot work operations consisting of jewelry making classes, glass work, and demonstrations will be conducted within the hotel.
