08/28/2009 INSP - FULL Violation The Tucson Fire Department has conducted a fire safety inspection at the above stated business . Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications).

1.__Problem: There are two blocked electrical panels in your kitchen.
TFC 605.3Working space and clearance. A working space of not less than 30 inches (762 mm) in width, 36 inches (914 mm) in depth and 78 inches (1981 mm) in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment.
CORRECTION: You will remove all objects blocking your electric panels and maintain the required clearance.

2.__Problem: There are openings in the acoustic ceiling tile in your kitchen and an open slide door that provides access to the attic space above your freezer.
TFC 703.1 Maintenance. The required fire-resistance rating of fire-resistance-rated construction shall be maintained. CORRECTION: You will replace/repair ceiling tiles and close the access door to maintain your fire resisitive barrier.

3.__Problem: Your back up battery power for your exit signs/emergency lighting are not working in the 1) kitchen 2) North exit onto patio, North exit to parking lot.
TFC 1006.1 Illumination required. The means of egress, including the exit discharge, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied.
TFC 1011.4 Exit signs shall be lit at all times.
CORRECTION: You will cause your exit signs to light on battery backup power and at all times.

4.__Problem: Your last hood system inspection on record is in September of 08.
TFC 904.5.1 System test. Systems shall be inspected and tested for proper operation at 6-month intervals.
CORRECTION: You will have your hood supression system inspected and maintain copies of the report on site for the fire inspector to review.
