ACCORDING TO OUR RECORDS THIS OFFICE HAS NOT RECEIVED A COPY OF THE ANNUAL SPRINKLER REPORT SINCE 7-26-2006, AND AT THIS TIME THE INTERNAL VALVE IS DUE FOR THE 5 YEAR INSPECTION. PLEASE FORWARD THE CONTRACTORS REPORT WITH IN 30 DAYS. |
